(1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The prize consists of and is limited to one (1) trip for two (2) people to Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. The trip consists of and is limited only to the following: (a) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Originating Airport”) and an airport in the Los Angeles, California area (“Destination Airport”) (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (b) three (3) nights hotel stay for two (2) people at the W Hotel in West Hollywood (one (1) double occupancy standard room; dates and room as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (c) tickets for two (2) people to one (1) television show being filmed in Los Angeles, California (show, date, time, tickets and seating as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof); (d) ground transportation for two (2) people between the Destination Airport and the hotel (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (e) $250 cash card (issuer as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; card subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof) for use for dinner for two (2) people ; and (f) two (2) tickets for a Universal Studios VIP tour (date, time and tickets as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is six thousand dollars ($6,000.00).

Runner-Up Prizes. Nine (9) Runner-Up Prize Winners will each receive one (1) of the following three (3) prizes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. (i) Three (3) posters signed by George Clooney and Randy Gerber. ARV: priceless; (ii) three (3) Casamigos tote bags. ARV: $ 15 each; and (iii) three (3) sets of Casamigos rocks glasses. ARV: $ 32 each.

Total ARV all prizes: $6,141.00.

Open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America (excluding Utah) and the District of Columbia (“Sweepstakes Territory”) who drink alcoholic beverages and are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

LIMIT: A maximum total of ten (10) entries per person (regardless of method of entry) in this Sweepstakes.

Upload one (1) photo from any Ruby Tuesday restaurant of a photo of your preferred margarita – the Top Shelf Margarita or the Southern Peach Margarita.

TO ENTER BY MAIL (ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY – DOES NOT REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A PHOTO AT A RUBY TUESDAY LOCATION): During the Entry Period, hand print your full name, complete home address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper and send it by United States mail in a sealed envelope no larger than 9 1/2" x 4 1/4" (a #10 envelope) with correct postage to “Which Is Your Type Sweepstakes - Entry” c/o Ruby Tuesday, Inc., 333 E. Broadway, Maryville, Tennessee 37804. Subject to these Official Rules, one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes for each eligible mail in entry per separately mailed outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor by June 13, 2017.
