Trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and travel companions from a major commercial U.S. airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to Minneapolis, MN (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); hotel accommodations for 3-nights(two rooms, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified hotel; four (4) 3-day XIP X Games tickets (allows access to all bmx, moto x and skateboarding events as well as X Fest); a guided tour of US Bank Stadium; a meet and greet with certain LifeProof athletes (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), subject to availability; a Sponsor-specified swag bag; and $1,200 in spending money. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Eleven Thousand four hundred forty-six and No/100ths Dollars ($11,446.00 U.S.D.)

Four (4) First Prizes: A LifeProof Summer Pack which includes: one (1) Aquaphonics AQ10 speaker, one (1) NÜÜD Protective Waterproof Case for iPhone 7/7 Plus, one (1) LifeProof t-shirt, one (1) LifeProof hoodie; and one (1) Sponsor-specified LifeProof athlete autographed item. The ARV of each First Prize is Four Hundred fifty and No/100ths Dollars ($450.00 U.S.D.).

Sixteen (16) Second Prizes: Subject to availability, winner’s choice of: (a) one (1) NÜÜD Protective Waterproof Case for iPhone 7/7 Plus, approximate ARV of One Hundred Dollars and No/100ths Dollars ($100.00 U.S.D.); or (b) one (1) Aquaphonics AQ10 speaker, approximate ARV of Two Hundred and No/100ths Dollars ($200.00 U.S.D.).

Total ARV of all prizes is $16,446.00.
