One (1) Prize will be awarded consisting of:

• Two (2) round trip coach class airfare tickets for each Potential Winner and his/her guest from a major gateway airport nearest the Potential Winner’s home city (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to a New York area airport, including ground transfer to and from each airport;

The Approximate Retail Value of the Prizes is $4,772.

Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of entry into this sweepstakes.

In the event of multiple manual entries, the first manual entry by an Entrant at the Entry Site will be accepted and all other manual entries from that Entrant will be deemed void.
