(1) Prize awarded with an ARV of $4,500. The prize winner will receive a Las Vegas, Nevada prize package consisting solely of the following: a) two roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport within the Contiguous United States, (if in the judgement of Sponsor or Administrator air travel in not required due to prize winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value); and b) three night accommodations at hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, (single room, double occupancy).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia, excluding the states of: HI, IN, NC, TX and UT who are physically located therein and who are at least twenty one years of age or older, as of the date of their participation and entry.
