Prize Details:

Each Prize (except for gift card Prizes) consists collectively of the Destination and one (1) of the five (5) Prize Packages described below.

Each Prize (except for gift card Prizes) includes (collectively, the “Destination”):

• Roundtrip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) between a major airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by VGNO in its sole discretion) and an airport in the vicinity of Las Vegas, NV;

• Three (3) nights/four (4) days single room, double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the Excalibur Hotel, which includes the room rate and taxes;

• Buffet for two (2) at the Excalibur Hotel, which will consist of a cash equivalent, such as a gift card, or in any other manner at the VGNO’s discretion for one (1) meal;

• Two (2) VIP tickets to a performance of the Thunder from Down Under show at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino and souvenir photo of the cast of the Thunder from Down Under; and

• Dinner for two (2) at TAO restaurant in The Venetian Las Vegas, which will consist of a cash equivalent, such as a gift card, or in any other manner at the VGNO’s discretion for one (1) meal plus club access to TAO.

In addition to the Destination, each Winner who answers the question correctly, as described above, will win one (1) of five (5) different Prize Packages, selected by Sponsor as described above:

• Girls Night Outback includes one (1) NS4G Pole Dancing Class for two (2);

• Thunder Storm includes a limousine ride with champagne, mini tour, and photo opportunity with the cast of the Thunder from Down Under for two (2);

• Boyz Crazy includes two (2) VIP tickets to a performance of Boyz II Men + M&G at The Mirage;

• Gimme More includes two (2) VIP tickets to a performance of Britney Spears at Planet Hollywood; or

• Divas Day Out includes two (2) VIP tickets to a performance of Frank Marino's Divas at The Linq.

The ARV for each of the Prizes based on the corresponding Prize Package is as follows:

o Thunder Storm: $2,408.38

o Boyz Crazy: $2,650.76

o Gimme More: $2,901.88

o Divas Day Out: $2,445.88

Each Prize will have an approximate value ranging from Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to an ARV of Two Thousand Nine Hundred One Dollars and Eighty-Eight Cents ($2,901.88) and will consist either of a $250 cash equivalent, such as a check or gift card, if a potential Winner does not answer the challenge question correctly or fails to answer the question within fifteen (:15s) seconds, or one of the Prizes listed above consisting of a destination and Prize Package (Destination details and restrictions set forth below), if a potential Winner answers the challenge question correctly (collectively the “Prize Value”).

Open only to persons twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are permanent legal residents of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per Entrant per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

The Potential Winner for that episode of the Play Period, who must be available by landline telephone, will play for the Prize Package randomly selected by the Wendy staff member prior to Play Date. The Prize Package selected will appear on the monitor wall of the studio and Wendy will also announce the Prize Package for that day. Displaying the Prize Package on the monitor wall and announcing it is merely for illustrative purposes; the actual Prize Package won will be determined solely by the Wendy staff member in the random drawing.
