If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, and are planning a wedding or commitment ceremony to take place on or before December 31, 2018, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Entry Method #1. 1. Visit www.amazon.com/gp/wedding/homepage and follow the instructions to create an Amazon Wedding Registry for a wedding or commitment ceremony to take place before December 31, 2018; and
2. Add a minimum of $1,000.00 worth of items to your registry.
Entry Method #2. To receive one (1) entry without creating an Amazon Wedding Registry with a minimum of $1,000.00 worth of items included on the registry, send a 3x5 card with your complete name, address, email address, and phone number to Amazon Wedding Registry Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6004, Morton Grove, IL 60053. We must receive all eligible entries by 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on May 31, 2017 except for mail-in entries which must be postmarked on May 31, 2017 and received in no later than three (3) days to be considered.
