en (10) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-Day/2-Night vacation package (each a “Vacation Package”) for winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests” and together with the winner, the “Group”) to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California (the “Resort”) consisting of:

• Roundtrip coach-class airfare for the Group between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence (“Departure Airport”) and a Southern California-area airport (“Arrival Airport”) as chosen by Prize Provider (with possible layovers; airport, airline carrier and flights to be selected by Prize Provider in its sole and absolute discretion); provided, however, if the winner resides within 250 miles of the Disneyland Resort, air transportation will not be provided;

• Roundtrip ground transportation for the Group between the Arrival Airport and the Resort (ground transfers to be selected by Prize Provider in its sole and absolute discretion); provided, however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Resort, ground transportation will not be provided;

• Room accommodations for the Group consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons) for two (2) consecutive nights at a Resort hotel selected by Prize Provider in its sole discretion;

• Up to four (4) 3-Day, 1 Park per day Disneyland Resort tickets for the Group for admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, but not to both Parks on the same day (subject to restrictions); and

• The opportunity to attend the following events (collectively, the “Opening Weekend Event”), only if the Grand Prize winner redeems the Vacation Package for travel from May 25, 2017 through May 27, 2017 during the opening weekend of the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY – MISSION: BREAKOUT! attraction (the “Attraction”) at Disney California Adventure Park: (a) reserved viewing for the Group at select shows and/or activities at Disney California Adventure Park celebrating the Attraction opening (specific shows/activities, dates and times as determined by Prize Provider); and (b) a tour of the Attraction for the Group on one (1) day during the Vacation Package dates (guide, services, date and hours as determined by Prize Provider).

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize package is Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars ($3,688.00)

Ten (10) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) one hundred dollar ($100.00) Disney Gift Card (subject to restrictions).

ARV of each First Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

The total ARV of all prize packages is Thirty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars ($37,880.00).
