(5) Monthly Prizes available to be won. Monthly Prize includes:

Photo shoot for feature in an issue of Sports Illustrated Kids and SIPlay.com for winner’s Qualifying Child and the organized sports team associated with the winning entrant’s entry;

$1,000 for improvements for the Qualifying Child’s Team;

One subscription to Sports Illustrated Kids for each child on the Qualifying Child’s team, up to a maximum of fifty subscriptions; and

$400 towards up to four tickets to a local sporting event of winner’s choice.

ARV of Monthly Prize: $2,400 each.

Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $12,000.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry, who are the parent/legal guardian of a qualifying child. Qualifying child must be between the ages of 6 and 13 that has played on an organized sports team within the last 12 months as of the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited by law.

Limit: One Online Entry per person per day per Qualifying Child regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address. A Qualifying Child may not be entered by multiple parents/legal guardians on a single day.
