(12) Grand Prizes. Each winner will receive a Brewer’s Dinner hosted by Diageo Beer Company USA for him/herself and up to nine guests (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) at a location of Sponsor's sole choosing based on the winner’s region). Dinner will include unique visuals on the brewing process and the latest Guinness product innovations by Guinness Brand Ambassadors. Each winner will receive one $1,500 gift card which may be used to cover costs of the Dinner or otherwise. In addition, Grand Prize winner will receive ONE $50 gift card for him/herself and each of his/her guests attending the Dinner.
Retail value of each Grand Prize is up to $2,000.00. Total Retail Value of all Grand Prizes is up to $24,000.00.

Open only to U.S. legal residents of all states except Washington State, Oregon, Montana, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Alaska who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
