Grand Prize Package will include the following:

three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, CA from March 4-6, 2017.

Domestic roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner's primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for Los Angeles, CA;

three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination;

roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport; and

two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Awards (the "Concert") on March 5, 2017 (seats determined by Company).

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize: $3,000

Open only to individuals who (i) are legal residents of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska), and (iii) who reside within the participating Station's Total Market Area ("TMA") (as defined by Nielsen Audio). Commonly, the TMA represents the Station's intended listening audience.
