Travel dates: February 3, 2017 to February 6, 2017. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation between a major U.S. gateway airport close to the winner’s U.S. residence and destination city; double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one [1] room) for three (3) consecutive nights; two (2) NFL Ticket packages; and $500 spending money (awarded in the form of a gift card). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $16,500.00.

First Prize (32 total; see Appendix A for prize breakout per Retail Account): NFL Team merchandise valued at $500; big screen TV (awarded in the form of a $600 gift card redeemable at a national retailer); and a $400 Retailer gift card. ARV: $1,500.00 each First Prize.

Second Prize (66 total; see Appendix A for prize breakout per Retail Account): Each Second Prize winner will receive a $100.00 NFLShop.com Online Gift Certificate redeemable at www.NFLShop.com. ARV: $100.00 each Second Prize.
