Prize Details
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) (i.e., winner and one (1) guest), to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 59th GRAMMY Awards scheduled to take place at Staples Center on Sunday, February 12, 2017 (the "GRAMMY Awards"). Travel is for Friday, February 10, 2017, through Monday, February 13, 2017. Actual value of trip depends on location of Grand Prize winner's primary residence, fares at time of travel and land accommodations. If actual value of the trip is lower or higher than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded.
The "Grand Prize" consists of the following:
Round trip coach airfare in the continental U.S. for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to/from the closest commercial airport nearest to Grand Prize winner's primary residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Los Angeles, CA.
Double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for three (3) nights/four (4) days in Los Angeles, CA (selection of hotel is at the Sponsor's sole discretion).
Daily breakfast for winner and guest at hotel.
$200 Ground transportation allowance for travel while in Los Angeles, CA.
Two (2) tickets for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to attend the GRAMMY Awards. (Please note Grand Prize winner and Guest will not be seated with Harold Reynolds and Kevin Millar.)
Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest will meet Harold Reynolds and Kevin Millar and walk the red carpet with them.
Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest will each receive a pass to the GRAMMYS After Party.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,700.
First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) GRAMMY Awards backpack including one (1) baseball autographed by Harold Reynolds and Kevin Millar and one MLB Network cap ( each, a "First Prize") and together with the Grand Prize, the "Prizes"). The ARV of each First Prize is $25. ARV of all First Prizes is $250.
Total ARV of all Prizes is $4,950.

Rules
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residency if such age of majority is greater than 18, at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.

Beginning on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, during certain airings of Hot Stove, Intentional Talk, and MLB Tonight on the MLB Network during the Sweepstakes Period, a code word will be revealed (each, a "Codeword"). Each Codeword will be valid until a new Codeword is revealed.
