One (1) winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV from Friday, February 3, 2017 to Sunday, February 5, 2017 to see a concert at MGM Grand Arena, 2017. Trip includes:

(i) two (2) tickets to see the concert;

(ii) round-trip, domestic coach, air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Company in its sole discretion) within the 50 U.S./D.C. to Las Vegas, NV;

(iii) one (1) double-occupancy, standard hotel room accommodations for three(3) days and two (2) nights;

(iv)ground transportation to/from Las Vegas airport and the hotel;.
