One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) Winner will receive an Ethan Allen gift card in the amount of $15,000.
If the Grand Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Grand Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of US$1,050.00, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Grand Prize. ARV of Grand Prize: (i) $15,000.00 (if Grand Prize Winner is a resident of California); or (ii) $16,050.00 (if Grand Prize Winner is not a resident of California).
One (1) first prize (“First Prize”) Winner will receive an Ethan Allen gift card in the amount of $10,000.
If the First Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this First Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $700.00, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this First Prize. ARV of First Prize: (i) $10,000.00 (if First Prize Winner is a resident of California); or (ii) $10,700.00 (if First Prize Winner is not a resident of California).

If the Second Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Second Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $350.00, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Second Prize. ARV of Second Prize: (i) $5,000.00 (if Second Prize Winner is a resident of California); or (ii) $5,350.00 (if Second Prize Winner is not a resident of California).
Total ARV of all Prizes: $30,000.00 to $32,100.00.
