Prize: The Winner and one guest will receive one trip to the see Lil Uzi Vert perform at The Fillmore, located at 29 E Allen Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123, on December 22, 2016. The Prize will consist solely of: (i) two round trip, economy class, airfare tickets from a major airport near the Winner’s residence in the United States ARV $1,000; (ii) hotel accommodations (based upon double occupancy) for one night (ARV $500); (iii) two tickets to the Show (ARV $100) and (iv) transportation (via car service) from the hotel returning to the
airport (ARV $100).

Total ARV of the Prize is $1,700.

Open to any individual who is, as of the Start Date, (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other United States
territories and (ii) 18 years old or older.
