(1) Grand Prize: There will be that consists of the cash prize described below and the opportunity for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to attend a meet and greet with members of Pentatonix (the “Meet and Greet”). The exact location, date and time of the Meet and Greet shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The ARV for the Meet and Greet is $350 per person, for a total of $700. The Grand Prize winner will also be awarded a cash prize of $4,300 (USD) that can be used to cover the travel expenses for the Grand Prize winner and guest to attend the Meet and Greet. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for booking his/her own travel and accommodations, and for all expenses incurred in connection with attending the Meet and Greet. If the Grand Prize winner chooses not to attend the Meet and Greet, nothing will be awarded in lieu of the Meet and Greet. The Grand Prize winner may not transfer the Meet and Greet opportunity to another party.
