There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”). The total value of the grand prize will be up to USD $10,000. The Winner will receive:
(A) half of the total grand prize bank, up to $5,000], and, (B) the opportunity to select which charity or non-profit from the following list of organizations chosen to receive the other half of the total grand prize bank, up to $5,000:

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (if Winner specifies Children’s Health)
