Prize Details
One (1) prize will be awarded during each episode of the Wendy Williams Show during the Play Period. Each prize will have an approximate value ranging from Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to an ARV of Eight Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($8,300.00) and will consist either of a cash equivalent, such as a check or gift card, if a potential Winner does not answer the challenge question correctly or fails to answer the question within fifteen (:15s) seconds as further described below or a trip to one of the following destinations: New York, NY; Miami, FL; Los Angeles, CA; Austin, TX; Phoenix, AZ; New Orleans, LA; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; or Las Vegas, NV (Trip details and restrictions set forth below) if a potential Winner answers the challenge question correctly (collectively the “Prize Value”).
Each trip Prize includes:
• Roundtrip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest between a major airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Liberty in its sole discretion) and an airport in the vicinity of New York, NY; Miami, FL; Los Angeles, CA; Austin, TX; Phoenix, AZ; New Orleans, LA; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; or Las Vegas, NV (“Destination”); and
• Four (4) nights/five (5) days single room, double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the Destination, which includes the room rate and taxes.
• Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) allowance, which will consist of a cash equivalent, such as a gift card, or in any other manner at the Sponsor’s discretion The ARV for each of the trip portion of the Destination Prizes is as follows (total ARV of each Destination Prize will be the value below plus $250):

o Austin, TX: $8,044.40

Rules
Open only to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are permanent legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security Number or valid U.S. personal tax identification number.
