Two (2) Grand Prizes:

Each Grand Prize Package will include the following:

A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Miami, FL from November 4-6, 2016.

Domestic roundtrip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner'sprimary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for Miami, FL;

three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel;

two (2) tickets to each night of the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina (the "Fiesta") on November 5, 2016 (seats determined by Company);

two (2) Artist Meet & Greet passes (artist and timing determined by Company);

roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport, hotel, Fiesta Latina and Red Carpet Rollout

Total overall approximate retail value of the prize is $4,999.00.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least the majority in their state of residence at the time of entry: 18 years of age in most state, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi.
