(1) Grand Prize: Consisting of $5,000. This will be issued in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner as his/her name appears on the Release Form or Declaration/Release, whichever is applicable (see Rule 6 & 7). The currency of the cheque will be dependent upon whether the winner resides in the U.S. or Canada. A resident of the U.S. will receive a cheque for $5,000.00 (USD). A resident of Canada will receive a cheque for $5,000.00 (CDN).

Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of primary residence at time of entry and to legal United States residents residing in the (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) who are (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

There is a limit of (1) Entry per person into the Promotion.
