Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two for the Winner and one guest to see Artists in concert in Las Vegas, NV. Event dates are non-negotiable. Trip shall consist of the following: (i) up to $1,000.00 towards roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice near Las Vegas, NV, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion (and Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event); (ii) two nights standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, which shall consist of one room based on double occupancy; (iii) two tickets to see Lady Antebellum in concert on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in the Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan; and (iv) two tickets to see Dwight Yoakham on Thursday, December 8, 2016 in the Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan.

ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,000.
