(3) Grand Prizes each consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Palm Springs, Ontario, or Los Angeles, CA, from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) ground transportation between the airport, hotel, and festival; (c) one hotel accommodation for four nights in Palm Desert, CA (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on October 6, 2016 and checking out on October 10, 2016; (d) two 3-day passes for the SiriusXM suite at the Desert Trip in Indio, CA at Empire Polo Club on October 7, 8, and 9, 2016 which includes dinner each night with complimentary beverages, and select Desert Trip merchandise; (e) vouchers for a Hertz car rental (worth up to $350) to cover ground transportation between the airport, hotel and the festival; and (f) one CD of each of the listed albums, unless otherwise specified (i.e., some may include a digital download, in which case instructions are be included in the sleeve/casing of the CD, DVD, or LP).
Total ARV of each Grand Prize: $23,917. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $71,751.

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription; (ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AN INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE
