There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize may be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes.” Grand Prize shall consist of:

Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guests”) to experience Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights at one of the following two (2) destinations selected by the Grand Prize Winner as determined on their Registration Form: (a) Universal Orlando Resort™ in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Hollywood, California.

Option 1: UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT PRIZE
(a) If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL* (ARV) $1777); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (ARV $595); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and up to three (3) Guests* (ARV $128); 3-Day Park-to-Park Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; one (1) day Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights General Admission Tickets for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; one (1) day Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes for Winner and up to three (3) Guests and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) (ARV $2048). The ARV of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Four Thousand Five Hundred and Forty-Eight Dollars ($4,548).

Option 2: UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD PRIZE
(a) If the Universal Studios Hollywood destination is chosen, Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) Guests to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA* (ARV $2,600); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal or at another on-site hotel (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (ARV $800); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA for Winner and up to three (3) Guests* (ARV $240); One (1) day General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests; one (1) day Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights Front of Line ticket for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (ARV $800). The ARV of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize is Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars ($4,440).

Open only to persons who are legal residents of forty-nine (49) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations), who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active email account and Internet access as of September 12, 2016.
