One (1) Grand Prize will to be awarded to winner (and one (1) guest) to attend the Jack Daniel’s Music City Midnight: New Year’s Eve in Nashville concert (“Concert”) on 12/31/16 in Nashville, TN.

Grand Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Nashville, TN (carrier used will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and flights may include stopovers and/or connections) ; airport transfer to/from hotel; double occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (room and room tax only); two (2) Music City gift bags; one (1) Music City Backstage Attraction Pass (good for two (2) people to over thirty (30) Nashville attractions; two (2) VIP passes which provide special viewing access to the free Concert ; and two (2) pairs of Durango boots (style and price point to be determined at sponsor’s sole discretion and wholly dependent upon stock availability).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $3,500.00.

Open only to persons who upon entering are age of majority (as defined by their jurisdiction of primary residence) and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia (“Territory”) age 18 or older at time of entry.
