one (1) 2015 Samsung 55” Smart TV J6200 Series with an ARV of seven hundred ninety-nine dollars (USD $799.00);

one (1) digital voucher for a one-year GameFly Streaming® subscription to the Gamer Pack for enabled Samsung systems with an ARV of ninety-five dollars and eighty-eight cents (USD $95.88);

The total ARV of all five (5) Samsung TV Game Streaming All-Access Prizes is five thousand, three hundred ninety-three dollars and seventy cents (USD $5,393.70).
