Open to persons who are 13 to 19 years of age at the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period, who are U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and, if a minor in their state of residence, who have parental permission to enter the Sweepstakes under the terms set forth in these Rules.
