Prize (1): The prize is a trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend the 2016 US Open (“Prize”). Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport of Sponsor’s choice near the winner’s residence to New York, NY for winner and one (1) adult guest, two (2) nights hotel standard accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room/double occupancy), round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel and to and from Louis Armstrong Stadium, two (2) to the US Open on September 9, 2016, and $500 spending money.

The Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $2,164 (the “Cash Payment”) in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to help offset any federal and state income tax obligations related to the acceptance of the Prize.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $7,364.

Offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Florida) and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and have a valid driver’s license at the time of entry.

Limit: Each entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
