One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) Winner. The Grand Prize shall consist of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to Miami, Florida for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) (hereinafter the “Trip”). The Trip includes:

(i) round trip economy airfare for Winner and Guest on the airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near Winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport in or near Miami, Florida (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of airfare tickets: $1,650);

(ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) (“Hotel”) in or near Miami with breakfast for Winner and Guest (ARV of Hotel for two (2) nights: $1,700);

(iii) round trip ground transportation from the airport to the Hotel for Winner and Guest (ARV: $250);

(iv) a two (2) tickets for a (2) hour Biscayne Bay Champagne Sunset Cruise for Winner and Guest (ARV: $200);

(v) dinner and party package at a Miami Beach restaurant for Winner and Guest (ARV: $800); and

(vi) limited travel insurance for Winner and Guest (ARV: $150).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is four thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($4,750).

Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of August 12, 2016.

Limit of ten (10) Entries in total per person, per VIP Account (as applicable), per e-mail address and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry (or combination thereof).
