One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

(a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;

(b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in Las Vegas, NV (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on October 7, 2016 and checking out on October 9, 2016;

(c) two (2) tickets to SiriusXM Presents: Heart on October 8, 2016 at House of Blues in Las Vegas, NV;

(d) dinner for the winner and guest at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar prior to show ($100 value, gratuity not included);

(e) complimentary access for the winner and guest to the Foundation Room at the Mandalay Bay post show; and

(f) the opportunity for the winner and guest to meet Ann and Nancy Wilson at the concert.
