Fifteen (15) Grand Prize Winners:

Each Grand Prize Package will include the following: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, NV from September 23-25, 2016. Domestic roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner'sprimary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for Las Vegas, NV; three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport; two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival (the "Concert") on September 23-24, 2016 (seats determined by Company); and two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival Village on September 24, 2016.

Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00.
