We will award one (1) prize which consists of a trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to see Barbra Streisand from the Front Row at a concert scheduled to take place at Wells Fargo Center on August 20, 2016 in Philadelphia, PA (the “Show”). The prize consists of:

• Round trip economy class airfare for winner and one (1) guest departing from an airport near the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor and SME in their sole discretion) and arriving at an airport in or near Philadelphia, PA (as determined by Sponsor and SME in their sole discretion) (the “Airport”);

• Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel near Wells Fargo Center (as determined by Sponsor and SME in their sole discretion) (the “Hotel”); and

• Roundtrip ground transportation for winner and one (1) guest to/from Airport and Hotel, and to/from Hotel and Show; and

• Two (2) Front Row tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Show.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prize package items combined is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00 USD).

If you are an individual legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of July 22, 2016, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
