One (1) winner will receive as a grand prize (“Grand Prize”), a “Taylor Hicks Concert” experience, with an approximate retail value of $2,890, consisting of the following:

(A) Round-trip economy class airfare for two (2) from a major gateway in the 48 contiguous United States to Memphis, TN, arriving in Memphis on October 28, 2016 and departing on October 30, 2016;
