One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (“Trip Package”) for the Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”) to the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a Minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such Minor Guest. The Trip Package shall consist of the following:

(i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the Dominican Republic. GP Winner and Guests are solely responsible for transportation to/from their residences and the airport;

(ii) three (3) nights/four (4) days standard hotel accommodations at the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (or similar standard hotel at Sponsor’s sole determination) (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only);

(iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel;

(iv) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only in the form of a check; and

(v) one (1) five hundred dollar ($500.00) gift card which can be redeemed at any Shoe Carnival retail location or Shoe Carnival’s online retail site located at www.shoecarnival.com, subject to the terms and restrictions of the card issuer.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $9,750.00.

If you are considered under the age of majority in your state of residence (18, except AL, DE and NE [19] and MS [21]) (“Minor”), you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (“”Parent”) prior to entering and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the "Eligibility Area"), and (ii) be between the ages of six (6) and seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry or the Parent of a child who is between the ages of six (6) and seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry.
