There will be up to two (2) Winners. EachWinner will receive a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”), to one (1) of the following concerts (Determination of which concert prize will be awarded to each Winner is in the sole discretion of Sponsor):
The 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival taking place on September 24, 2016 at the Las Vegas Village, NV. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,000; (ii)two (2) nights hotel accommodations in destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $500; (iii) two (2) tickets, one for Winner and Guest of Winner, to the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival, with an ARV of $3,000; and (iv) one (1) $200 pre-paid card (subject to the terms and conditions of card), with an ARV of $200. The total ARV of this Prize is $4,700.
The Austin City Limits® Music Festival taking place on October 7 – 9, 2016 at Zilker Park in Austin, TX. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,800; (ii)two (2) nights hotel accommodations in destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $1,200; (iii) two (2) VIP tickets, one for Winner and Guest of Winner, to the Austin City Limits Music Festival, with an ARV of $600; and (iv) one $200 pre-paid card (subject to the terms and conditions of card), with an ARV of $200. The total ARV of this Prize is $3,800.
The total ARV of all of the Prizes is $8,500.
