One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening of the motion picture Bad Moms for the winner and up to twenty-five (25) guests (the “Guests”) at a theater close to the Grand Prize winner's home (such theater to be selected by Sponsor or STX in their sole discretion) (“Screening”), which may include concession food and drinks for winner and Guests (if available and to be determined by Sponsor or STX in their sole discretion). The specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of STX.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $700.00.
