For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a mortgage is defined as a closed-end lien for a single property, and does not include home equity lines, home equity loans, nor fees/penalties (“Mortgage”), which Mortgage must be current and in good standing, and not in default. PLEASE NOTE, individual prize shall be lesser of the winner’s monthly student loan payment [of principal and interest] on the date the Message is sent to such winner up to $500.00 per month, or the winner’s total outstanding student loan balance up to $6,000.00.

Only loans that are current and in good standing, and not in default, may be paid by any of the Grand Prizes winnable under this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) loan per person. PLEASE NOTE, individual prize shall be lesser of the winner’s monthly auto loan payment [of principal and interest] on the date the Message is sent to such winner up to $500.00 per month, or the winner’s total outstanding auto loan balance up to $6,000.00.
