One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive one (1) "Yankee Stadium Experience" for Winner and three (3) guests comprised of:
The opportunity for Winner and his/her three (3) guests to view New York Yankees' batting practice session prior to one (1) 2016 New York Yankees non-premium regular season home game mutually agreed upon by Winner and Sponsor (the "Batting Practice Visit"). The Batting Practice Visit will conclude at the end of the New York Yankees batting practice, and Winner and his/her three (3) guests may not solicit autographs from any of the New York Yankees or the opposing Club's players. Prior to participation in the Batting Practice Visit, Winner and each of his/her three (3) guests will be required to execute a waiver and release on a form to be provided by the New York Yankees, without which Winner and his/her three (3) guests will not be permitted to participate in the Batting Practice Visit. All aspects of the Batting Practice Visit, including the occurrence and exact nature and duration thereof and access to the playing field, shall be subject to all Major League Baseball rules and regulations and the New York Yankees' policies and procedures as they exist at the time of the Batting
Four (4) Legends Suite Club tickets for Winner and his/her three (3) guests for the game scheduled to be played on the date of the Batting Practice Visit, with the seating location determined by New York Yankees in its sole and absolute
One (1) pre-game dining experience for Winner and his/her three (3) guests in the Legends Suite with one (1) New York Yankees alum (as determined by New York Yankees) on day of the Batting Practice Visit. The exact nature and duration of the dining and meet-and-greet experience shall be determined by Sponsor and New York Yankees at their sole and absolute discretion and subject to availability;
Four (4) One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) gift cards, subject to the terms and conditions associated with their use, redeemable at the Home Plate Store and/or the Great Hall Store at Yankee Stadium;
Local ground transportation to and from Yankee Stadium, to be arranged by the Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion; and
Levi's MLB Collection items determined by Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion
Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $9,000. AIRFARE AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.
