One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of:

(i) three (3) tickets (for the Grand Prize winner and two [2] guests) to attend the premiere screening of “Bad Moms” (the “Premiere”), currently anticipated to take place in Los Angeles, CA on or about July 26, 2016;

(ii) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and two (2) guests from a major airport near the Grand Prize winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA;

(iii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions at a Los Angeles area hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one room, triple occupancy, room and tax only); and

(iv) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money, which may be presented in the form of a gift card.

(The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000.)

Open to any individual who, as of the beginning of the Entry Period (a) is a legal resident of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) (the “Eligibility Area”); (b) is eighteen (18) years of age or older; (c) has access to the Internet; and (d) is a registered user of MovieTickets.com.
