One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a four (4)- day, three (3)- night trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to the November 20, 2016 Race in Miami, FL (“Race”), and includes the following:

(a) round-trip, coach air transportation for winner and his/her guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Administrator) to Miami, FL;

(b) Ground Transportation between airport and track;

(c) accommodations in a Motorcoach home, which will be in an adjacent location to Michael McDowell’s Motorcoach.Winner’s Motorcoach home will be stocked with food and non-alcoholic beverages of Sponsor’s choice ;

(d) Interaction with Michael McDowell at various times during the weekend (subject to Mr. McDowell’s availability), including attending a Driver Meeting and Motor Racing Outreach Services;

(e) Pit Box seating for Race;

(f) Tour of Racing Hauler;

(g) $200 Spending Money for winner;

(h) Racing Team dinner and/or lunch at Michael McDowell’s Motorcoach or winner’s Motorcoach (as determined by Sponsor, and subject to Mr. McDowell’s availability).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $8,000.

One Hundred (100) First Prizes will be awarded. Each First Prize consists of one (1) Replica Thrivent Racing Team Uniform Shirt. ARV is $100 each.

One Hundred (100) Second Prizes will be awarded. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) Autographed Michael McDowell Hero Card. ARV is $10 each.

The total ARV of all available Sweepstakes Prizes: $19,000.

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry (19 or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) (“Entrant”).
