One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) Winner. The Grand Prize shall consist of a five (5) day trip to San Diego, California for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend the San Diego Comic-Con 2016 (“SDCC”) (collectively, “the Trip”). The Trip includes:

(i) round trip economy airfare for Winner and Guest on the airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near Winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport in or near SDCC (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two (2) round trip economy airfare tickets: $1,800);

(ii) one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel room accommodations at a hotel in or near the SDCC, as determined by Sponsor (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for four (4) nights: $1,200);

(iii) spending money for transportation and food (ARV: $500);

(iv) attendee badges for Winner and Guest to SDCC (July 21 – 24, 2016), including VIP admission to Warner Bros. Hall H Presentation (ARV: $ 500);

(v) passes for Winner and Guest to the Samsung booth; and

(vi) travel insurance for Winner and Guest (ARV: $150).

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is four thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($4,150).

Open only to persons who are legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations), who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active email account and Internet access as of June 20, 2016.
