(1) PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for Winner and one guest to attend the Carnival of Madness in New Orleans, Louisiana on July 29, 2016). The trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest New Orleans, LA, two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double
occupancy/room and tax only), two tickets for the Attendees to the Concert and one guitar autographed by members of SHINEDOWN ARV: $2,500.00). Total ARV of all prizes is $2,500.00.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. If a participant has not reached the age of majority in his/her primary state of residence as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes (which is eighteen years old in most states but is nineteen years old in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one years old in Mississippi), then the participant must obtain parental consent in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor within 180 days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
