(1) Grand Prize consisting of one Dead & Co. Rock Flight which includes four reserved tickets to each of the participating Dead & Co. concerts; one-way, coach class air transportation for four from the major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the U.S. or Canada to Seattle, WA departing on July 22, 2016; one-way, coach class air transportation for four from Seattle, WA to Santa Ana, CA departing on July 24, 2016; oneway, coach class air transportation for four from San Diego, CA departing on July 28, 2016 and arriving in Sacramento, CA on July 28, 2016; one-way, coach class air transportation for four from San Jose, CA, San Francisco, CA or Oakland, CA departing on July 31, 2016 and returning to major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home; camping for four at The Gorge on July 22, 2016 and July 23, 2016; two double occupancy standard hotel rooms for seven nights (when not camping and at the discretion of Travel Agency); ground transportation between airports and hotel properties on the travel dates; ground transportation between hotel and venue on event dates; one DSLR camera; the honorary title of “Social Media Photographer” with the opportunity to have one or more of the photographs you take at the concerts featured on select Live Nation social media pages; $2800.00 to use toward any other ground transportation and incidentals which will be issued in the form of a check; and one Dead & Co. poster signed by members of the band. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: $19,000.00 to 24,000.00.

(3) Weekly Prizes, each prize consisting of two reserved tickets to one participating Dead & Co. concert; and one Dead & Co. poster signed by members of the band. Approximate Retail
Value of each weekly Prize is: $299.00.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States of America (excluding NY and FL) or the District of Columbia or Canada (except Quebec) who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry.

Each participant is eligible to submit up to one Promotion entry during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
