Four (4) Prizewinners (i.e. one (1) Prizewinner per week during the Contest Period) will each receive a one-time lump sum payment as described below:

Week One Prizewinner will receive Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)

Week Two Prizewinner will receive Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)

Week Three Prizewinner will receive Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)

Week Four Prizewinner will receive Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)

Open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law).

LIMIT: One (1) entry per Contestant per day during the Contest Period.

During each episode of the Show during the Contest Period, a term of the day referred to as the "Whale Word of the Day" will be announced at a time and location determined solely by Sponsor (the "Whale Word of the Day").

Contestant must select the correct "Whale World of the Day" that appears on-screen during that day's Show. In the event that Contestant enters an incorrect "Whale World of the Day" that appeared on that day's Show, Contestant will be disqualified.

A written statement of no more than approximately two thousand (2000) characters describing why Contestant deserves to win $25,000 (the "Statement").
