Offered only to legal U.S. residents of Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes:
i. Make A Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant may purchase any of the participating products (each a “Participating Product”) listed in Exhibit A at the end of this document. An Entrant can then visit the Website and follow the links and instructions to upload a photograph or .PDF of the original register receipt showing their purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”) to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. It is recommended that Entrant first circle the Qualifying Purchase on the receipt, before uploading the receipt. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, or .PDF format and may not exceed 5 MB.
ii. Free Method: An Entrant may hand-write his/her complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Request”) and mail it with sufficient postage to: Make More of Mealtime Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. All Mail-In Requests must be postmarked no later than September 1, 2016, and received on or before September 10, 2016, in order to be eligible. Entrant will receive one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry for each Mail-In Request. Mail-in Requests must be legibly hand-written. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, Mail-In Requests mailed in an envelope or sent in excess of the stated entry limits will not be accepted. Mail-In Requests received without a verifiable and legible return address and e-mail address will be deemed incomplete and not a valid request.
