GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to one (1) entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries consisting of a trip to Los Angeles, CA including the following: two (2) coach airfares between the Sponsor’s selected major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence, and a Sponsor’s selected major airport in Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights of hotel accommodations, ability to attend a Modern Family table read, and $500 in spending money to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of grand prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).

FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize consisting of a Modern Family Seasons 1-6 DVD Collection. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of First Prize is ninety dollars ($90.00).

Total ARV for all prizes is three thousand ninety dollars (ARV $3,090.00).

Entrants must be permanent, legal residents of, and must physically reside in, one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Entrants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions and where otherwise prohibited by law.
