(1) Grand Prize consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to either San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA, from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one hotel accommodation for two nights checking in on September 9, 2016 and checking out on September 11, 2016; (c) two tickets to see Counting Crows and Rob Thomas at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA on September 10, 2016; (d) the opportunity for winner and guest to meet Counting Crows; and (e) the opportunity for winner
