Second Prize (3) – Entries not selected for Grand Prize and are submitted by legal residents of Washington, Oregon and Idaho are eligible for the 3 Second Prize offerings. Each of these 3 states will have 1 Second Prize winner. The Second Prize is a Pendleton Whisky Music Festival prize package. Elements included in each prize pack are: a $250 gas card for travel to and from the event in Pendleton, Oregon, one night lodging at the Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton, Oregon, and two VIP tickets to the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest on July 16; meals not included. Guest of Second Prize winners must be 21 years of age or older.
