One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

(a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to one of the following airports (depending on cost/availability) San Francisco, Sacramento or Oakland airports (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;

(b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on August 5, 2016 and checking out on August 7, 2016;

(c) two (2) WILD CHILD VIP EXPERIENCE tickets to the Kenny Chesney Spread The Love Tour at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA on August 6, 2016 which include early admission General Admission Sandbar ticket and limited edition Collector Ticket, additional access to the best view in the house: exclusive, elevated viewing platform above the sound board with complimentary beverage service exclusively for the Kenny Chesney performance, Kenny Chesney signed premium collectible item, invitation to the exclusive VIP pre-show party with complimentary food and Wild Child open bar, dedicated concert concierge, Kenny Chesney tumbler and merchandise gift; and

(d) the opportunity for the winner and guest to meet Kenny Chesney (based on his availability). (The events to which the prize relates in (c)–(d) above are defined herein as “Events.”)
