(1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
A one-time lump sum payment of $10,000, to be awarded in the form of a check at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Roundtrip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner and up to one guest to the greater Los Angeles area.
Hotel accommodations in the greater Los Angeles area for two nights for the Prizewinner and up to one guest.
A visit to the TMZ production offices in the greater Los Angeles area.
The chance to win $1,000,000 in one of the following methods (as determined in the sole discretion of Odds On Promotions): (a) an annual annuity of $25,000 for forty years; (b) the purchase of a single premium deferred annuity, from an A.M. Best rated “B” or better Legal Reserve Life Insurance Company of $25,000 over forty years; or (c) the purchase of any other investment grade funding vehicle or financial instrument.
