CONTEST PRIZE:

One (1) Contest Prize: a trip for a family of five (5) people to Chicago, Illinois, to attend TLC's Summer Block Party on July 16, 2016. The prize trip consists of round trip coach air travel for up to five people from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor); two (2) standard hotel rooms for 3 days/2 nights; ground transportation (airport/hotel/Block Party/hotel/airport); VIP admission for five (5) people to the Summer Block Party; and $500 spending money. All other expenses not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Contest Prize is $5,300.

Sweepstakes Prizes:

Each prize will consist of a TLC swag bag valued at approximately $30. A total of three (3) Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded.

Open to legal residents of the continental U.S. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

You may enter more than once, however each Entry must be different and must comply with the Official Rules.
